Assertions Expected - This is an estimate of number of assertions that will eventually be found, based on the number of assertions that have been found so far in the areas that are done. It is set to 100% and the other statistics are measured against it. However, this is only an estimate and the number expected may change over time.

Assertions Recorded - This is the actual number of assertions that have been written so far in this area.

Assertions Covered - This is the number of the assertions that have at least one test case written to cover them. At this time, there is no guarantee that more tests aren't needed to fully test the assertion, however.
